our Kiwanis Board met....and although there was no piano player this time, they had a feast (see photo)...and were able to take care of the business of the club!
Aside from planning some events, such as our 50th anniversary..and the charity golf outing....our club donated $1000 towards St. Baldricks....and $500 to camp alvernia....and authorized a scholarship to be paid to a former Walt Whitman High School Key Club member from a few years ago. It seems somehow we were never notified of the winner...but no worries, it was approved post haste!
We look forward to seeing you at Huntington's divisional on March 27th!
Please feel free to bring any items to the board members that you feel will help the children and/or the communities we serve
